Download PinProp from the App Store or Google Play, tap "Register", enter your name, email, and password, then agree to the Terms of Use. You'll receive a welcome email confirming your account.
To list properties on PinProp, you'll need an active agent subscription. Go to the Subscriptions tab, choose a plan (Basic, Professional, or Enterprise), and complete payment. Once your subscription is active, tap the "+" button on the Listings tab to create a new property.
Open the app and go to the Subscriptions tab. You can subscribe, upgrade, or cancel from there. Apple/Google-managed subscriptions can also be managed from your device's Settings โ Subscriptions.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email and you'll receive a secure reset link that's valid for 60 minutes.
You can request account deletion directly in the app: Profile โ Settings โ Delete Account. All your personal data, properties, and associated media files will be removed within 30 days. Alternatively, email us at support@stelliummobile.com with the subject "Delete My Account".
Email support@stelliummobile.com with details of what happened, which device you were using, and (if possible) a screenshot. We investigate all reports within 1 business day.
